# Gap Analysis — Retention

These 5 questions CANNOT be answered from your Jira export, Confluence extract, and HubSpot export alone. They require access to systems without MCP connectors.

1. **What does your Retention dashboard show for this week's KPIs?**
This requires: Tableau (merchant TPV history) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Tableau directly and look it up manually.

2. **What is the current contract pricing and merchant configuration for the flagged accounts?**
This requires: CSP (contract pricing) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into CSP directly and look it up manually.

3. **What is the current status in Internal pricing tool for your open cases this week?**
This requires: Internal pricing tool (repricing calc) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Internal pricing tool directly and look it up manually.

4. **What is the current status in Zendesk for your open cases this week?**
This requires: Zendesk (complaint history) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Zendesk directly and look it up manually.

5. **What would a complete view look like?**
Combining data from Tableau, CSP, Internal pricing tool, Zendesk, plus your existing 3 sources, would give you a 360° view. Which of these gaps causes the most pain in your daily work?

**Reflection:** The value of MCP is that it eliminates manual lookups for connected systems. The gap systems listed above represent the manual work that remains. Which one would save you the most time if connected?
