# Gap Analysis — Product Operations

These 5 questions CANNOT be answered from your Jira export, Confluence extract, and Zendesk export alone. They require access to systems without MCP connectors.

1. **What is the current contract pricing and merchant configuration for the flagged accounts?**
This requires: CSP (merchant config) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into CSP directly and look it up manually.

2. **What does your Product Operations dashboard show for this week's KPIs?**
This requires: Tableau (product usage analytics) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Tableau directly and look it up manually.

3. **What are the most common themes in recent live chat conversations?**
This requires: Intercom (live chat history) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Intercom directly and look it up manually.

4. **What do the settlement files and transaction records show for the queried merchants?**
This requires: B-Online (merchant portal) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into B-Online directly and look it up manually.

5. **What would a complete view look like?**
Combining data from CSP, Tableau, Intercom, B-Online, plus your existing 3 sources, would give you a 360° view. Which of these gaps causes the most pain in your daily work?

**Reflection:** The value of MCP is that it eliminates manual lookups for connected systems. The gap systems listed above represent the manual work that remains. Which one would save you the most time if connected?
