# Gap Analysis — Marketing

These 5 questions CANNOT be answered from your Jira export, Confluence extract, and Braze export alone. They require access to systems without MCP connectors.

1. **What are the open and click rates for your active campaigns by segment?**
This requires: Braze (campaign editor) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Braze directly and look it up manually.

2. **Which content translations are pending review, and what are the target launch dates?**
This requires: Lokalise (translation management) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Lokalise directly and look it up manually.

3. **What is the current deal stage and last activity for the leads in your queue?**
This requires: HubSpot (lead attribution) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into HubSpot directly and look it up manually.

4. **What copy review suggestions are pending for your campaign content?**
This requires: Grammarly (copy review) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Grammarly directly and look it up manually.

5. **What would a complete view look like?**
Combining data from Braze, Lokalise, HubSpot, Grammarly, plus your existing 3 sources, would give you a 360° view. Which of these gaps causes the most pain in your daily work?

**Reflection:** The value of MCP is that it eliminates manual lookups for connected systems. The gap systems listed above represent the manual work that remains. Which one would save you the most time if connected?
