# Gap Analysis — Logistics / Supply Chain

These 5 questions CANNOT be answered from your Jira export, Confluence extract, and Zuper export alone. They require access to systems without MCP connectors.

1. **What is the current status in DPD portal for your open cases this week?**
This requires: DPD portal (tracking detail) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into DPD portal directly and look it up manually.

2. **What is the terminal firmware version and remote access status for the affected devices?**
This requires: PAX EMEA (terminal inventory) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into PAX EMEA directly and look it up manually.

3. **What is the current asset assignment and availability status for your terminal inventory?**
This requires: SNIPEIT (asset management) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into SNIPEIT directly and look it up manually.

4. **What is the current status in Courier APIs for your open cases this week?**
This requires: Courier APIs (non-DPD) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Courier APIs directly and look it up manually.

5. **What would a complete view look like?**
Combining data from DPD portal, PAX EMEA, SNIPEIT, Courier APIs, plus your existing 3 sources, would give you a 360° view. Which of these gaps causes the most pain in your daily work?

**Reflection:** The value of MCP is that it eliminates manual lookups for connected systems. The gap systems listed above represent the manual work that remains. Which one would save you the most time if connected?
