# Gap Analysis — Fraud

These 5 questions CANNOT be answered from your Jira export, Confluence extract, and Sardine export alone. They require access to systems without MCP connectors.

1. **Which merchants triggered monitoring alerts in the last 24 hours, and what are their risk scores?**
This requires: Sardine dashboard (full alert detail) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Sardine dashboard directly and look it up manually.

2. **What is the current contract pricing and merchant configuration for the flagged accounts?**
This requires: CSP (merchant details) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into CSP directly and look it up manually.

3. **What does the full transaction history show for the merchants under investigation?**
This requires: Snowflake (transaction history) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into Snowflake directly and look it up manually.

4. **What is the CDD review status and risk profile for the merchants in your open tickets?**
This requires: KMP (compliance status) — no MCP connector available.
Today you would: log into KMP directly and look it up manually.

5. **What would a complete view look like?**
Combining data from Sardine dashboard, CSP, Snowflake, KMP, plus your existing 3 sources, would give you a 360° view. Which of these gaps causes the most pain in your daily work?

**Reflection:** The value of MCP is that it eliminates manual lookups for connected systems. The gap systems listed above represent the manual work that remains. Which one would save you the most time if connected?
