Morning team,

Quick update on where we stand. We have 5 items needing attention today:

- Enterprise for Greenfield Lodge: Status is "Lost". Awaiting response from merchant. URGENT — deadline approaching.
- Solo Trader for Harbour Breeze Café: Status is "Lost". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- Solo Trader for Meadow Vale Organics: Status is "Saved". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- SMB Retail for Moonrise Wellness Spa: Status is "New". Needs follow-up by Friday. 
- Enterprise for Floristería Río: Status is "New". Needs follow-up by Friday. 

Also flagging that Greenfield Lodge has come up 3 times this week across different SMB Restaurant and SMB Retail items. Might be worth looking at whether there's an underlying pattern here.

M. Hall is on leave until Tuesday, so O. Lewis is covering their queue.

The Jira board shows 14 items in backlog, 9 in progress. Let's aim to close at least 5 today.

The Harbour Breeze Café issue from yesterday is resolved. Turned out to be a Pricing mismatch — the data in HubSpot didn't sync properly. I've updated the UCR2 ticket.

I'm looking at Meadow Vale Organics now. The Portal_Status shows "Saved" but Internal_Status says "Closed". Something's not right — will investigate.

Can someone check Moonrise Wellness Spa? I think we need to escalate but I can't access Tableau (merchant TPV history) to verify.
