Morning team,

Quick update on where we stand. We have 5 items needing attention today:

- Merchant Portal for Phoenix Arc Consulting: Status is "Waiting". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- Onboarding UI for Gull Hárgreiðsla: Status is "In-Progress". Awaiting response from merchant. URGENT — deadline approaching.
- Terminal for Velký Hrad: Status is "Open". Needs follow-up by Friday. 
- Merchant Portal for Farmácia Costa: Status is "Resolved". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- API Integration for A Verde Serra: Status is "Waiting". Needs follow-up by Friday. 

Also flagging that Phoenix Arc Consulting has come up 4 times this week across different Payment Flow and Merchant Portal items. Might be worth looking at whether there's an underlying pattern here.

L. Green is on leave until Tuesday, so O. Lewis is covering their queue.

The Jira board shows 14 items in backlog, 3 in progress. Let's aim to close at least 7 today.

The Gull Hárgreiðsla issue from yesterday is resolved. Turned out to be a Terminal mismatch — the data in Zendesk didn't sync properly. I've updated the PO1 ticket.

I'm looking at Velký Hrad now. The Analytics_Status shows "Active" but Support_Status says "No Issues". Something's not right — will investigate.

Can someone check Farmácia Costa? I think we need to escalate but I can't access CSP (merchant config) to verify.
