Morning team,

Quick update on where we stand. We have 5 items needing attention today:

- Network for Ironbridge Industrial: Status is "Open". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- Access Request for Sterling Gate Electronics: Status is "Resolved". Needs follow-up by Friday. URGENT — deadline approaching.
- Hardware Issue for Cobalt Creek Auto: Status is "Resolved". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- MFA Reset for The Fern Candle: Status is "Escalated". Needs follow-up by Friday. URGENT — deadline approaching.
- Access Request for Los Bello Torre: Status is "Resolved". Awaiting response from merchant. 

Also flagging that Ironbridge Industrial has come up 4 times this week across different Access Request and Hardware Issue items. Might be worth looking at whether there's an underlying pattern here.

K. Walker is on leave until Tuesday, so Q. Harris is covering their queue.

The Jira board shows 14 items in backlog, 9 in progress. Let's aim to close at least 6 today.

The Sterling Gate Electronics issue from yesterday is resolved. Turned out to be a Software mismatch — the data in Okta didn't sync properly. I've updated the IT ticket.

I'm looking at Cobalt Creek Auto now. The Ticket_Status shows "Resolved" but Asset_Status says "Pending". Something's not right — will investigate.

Can someone check The Fern Candle? I think we need to escalate but I can't access Okta admin console (direct) to verify.
