Morning team,

Quick update on where we stand. We have 4 items needing attention today:

- Pricing for Coastal Bay Rentals: Status is "Escalated". Needs follow-up by Friday. 
- Onboarding for Harbour Breeze Café: Status is "Open". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- Pricing for Meadow Vale Organics: Status is "Pending". Awaiting response from merchant. 
- Terminal for Ridgeway Sports Club: Status is "Pending". Awaiting response from merchant. 

Also flagging that Coastal Bay Rentals has come up 3 times this week across different Terminal and Settlement items. Might be worth looking at whether there's an underlying pattern here.

Q. Harris is on leave until Tuesday, so D. Brown is covering their queue.

The Jira board shows 12 items in backlog, 4 in progress. Let's aim to close at least 5 today.

The Harbour Breeze Café issue from yesterday is resolved. Turned out to be a Settlement Query mismatch — the data in Zendesk didn't sync properly. I've updated the UCR2 ticket.

I'm looking at Meadow Vale Organics now. The Ticket_Status shows "Open" but SLA_Target says "At Risk". Something's not right — will investigate.

Can someone check Ridgeway Sports Club? I think we need to escalate but I can't access CSP (merchant account details) to verify.
