Query Jira for:
1. Issues completed this week (status changed to Done since Monday)
2. Issues still in progress (current sprint, status = In Progress)
3. Blocked issues (status = Blocked, include blocker details)
4. New issues created this week

Produce a summary with:
- Completed: count and list (issue key + summary)
- In Progress: count and list with % completion estimate if available
- Blocked: count and list with blocker explanation
- New: count and list
- Velocity: completed story points vs planned (if story points available)

Format as a concise stakeholder update suitable for pasting into Slack or email.

Save as "sprint-summary-week-of-[Monday's date].md" in my workspace folder.
